You’re creating vibrant
communities.
We’re here to engage and expand them.

Using communications strategies and tools, we help social impact organizations drive measurable change.
We are in the business of awareness, education, persuasion, and action. We help people see that your mission is a no-brainer.
We love helping shift people’s behavior – whether it’s for public health, increasing civic engagement, supporting the arts, increasing membership, or changing conversations.
We leverage empathy and your expertise to understand who the people are who matter most to your mission – how they think, the context of their lives, and what will influence their hearts and minds.
We’ve done a lot together.

Katie Hewitt
Katie (she/her) has been on a mission to learn and evolve social impact communications campaigns with measurable impact since 2004. Back then, she integrated tech into social impact campaigns by managing grassroots doorbelling with a barcode scanner and an Access database. In 2007, she bought her first digital ad and organized a live stream virtual town hall with prominent bloggers. She’s worked with global health organizations to nonprofits with a staff of 2 from Texas to Myanmar. She approaches communications knowing that the communities she works with are the experts – and that her role is to channel their visions into communications tactics that make measurable change.

Who We Are
Evoxe was formed in 2024 to fill a gap in the social impact space for lean agencies that provide a highly personalized experience to create measurable change.
Evoxe is an expression of the change we want to see in the world. We strive to be in community with people, not working over them. That’s why we say we work “with” you, not “for” you. This is not a job for us – it’s our commitment to healing and making progress that lasts long after we’re gone.
That means a fundamental change in the way that things have been done by the mainstream. It means not just celebrating our wins, but also how we win. It means building trust, learning and unlearning, and having power with, not power over.
It also means we don’t shy away from our losses — because they are rich with lessons. We have brave conversations and examine outcomes with curiosity to see what we can learn that we can apply across campaigns and organizations.
We work with non-profits, NGOs, and businesses that are re-imagining our world.
We prioritize organizations with a curious and open-minded staff with the capacity to work with us and who get excited to try new things.

We want to work with other organizations that value transparency and prioritize honesty and open lines of communication.
Organizations that ethically center those they serve and have a decision-maker from the community at the table.
They are ready to be an active and committed part of the communications strategy process and are flexible and willing to adjust.
We look for partners who are willing to be vulnerable and willing to build a trusting relationship where all can give open and honest feedback.

Our Co-collaborators

Everyone we work with is curious, humble, imaginative, and committed to getting things done – even the things that seem impossible. We come to this work from a deeply personal place, actively learning, unlearning, and healing from a broken system so that we can create empathetic communications that create measurable change.
We work deliberately to build trusting relationships with BIPOC and queer communities so that we have a rich network of people to collaborate with.
We contract with people in a structure that addresses harms and is equitable at its core.
That means transparency in business practices, paying people fairly, providing pay range up front, posting about openings and opportunities that intentionally reach BIPOC and queer communities, and building an open culture where leadership is give and take so that creativity thrives.
